Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Avital Bukai, CONVERGE – organizational consulting. I am the controller of the personal information collected on this site. For any privacy question, contact me at avital@converge.co.il or +972-50-4897458.

• Information you provide in the contact form: name, role and company, phone or email, and whatever you choose to write in the message.
• Information you provide in the pre-diagnosis questionnaire, if you received a link to it: contact details, details about the organization and your answers.
• Technical information collected automatically while browsing: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed.
• If you accepted marketing cookies: information about your use of the site collected through the Meta Pixel (see "Cookies" below).

There is no legal obligation to provide information. Providing it is voluntary and based on your consent. Without contact details I will not be able to get back to you.

• To get back to you, schedule an introductory call and provide my services.
• To prepare for the call or the diagnosis process based on what you shared.
• To manage the inquiries received.
• If you gave separate consent: to send you professional content, updates and invitations.
• If you accepted marketing cookies: to measure advertising effectiveness and show you relevant ads on Meta's platforms.

Your information is not sold and is not passed to others for their own marketing.

I use service providers that process information on my behalf, only for the purposes above:

• Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase): secure database storage of inquiries.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Resend and FormSubmit: emailing me a notification about a new inquiry.
• An AI service (via Lovable AI): I sometimes use it to process and summarise answers to the diagnostic questionnaire, in preparation for our conversation.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram): measurement and advertising pixel, only if you accepted marketing cookies.
• Google Fonts: loading the site's font. As part of this, your IP address is sent to Google.

Some providers store information on servers outside Israel. Beyond that, I will disclose information only if required by law.

• Essential storage: remembering your choice in the cookie notice. It is required for the site to work and is not used for tracking.
• Marketing cookies: the Meta Pixel. It loads only after you click "Accept", and reports page views, form submissions and clicks on contact details to Meta.

You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site.

Content, updates and invitations are sent only to people who ticked the consent box in the form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every message or by contacting me.

Inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and stay in touch, and for no more than 24 months after the last contact, unless we started working together or the law requires keeping them longer. Mailing details are kept until you ask to be removed.

The information is stored in secured systems, and access is limited to me and password-protected. No security is perfect, but I use accepted measures to protect the information.

You may review the information kept about you, ask to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent you gave. Email me at avital@converge.co.il and I will handle the request within 30 days.

If the policy is updated, the current version will be published on this page with the update date.
