An organization that works, even when you're not in the room.

I work with CEOs, managers and HR leaders. I go into the field, understand what's really happening, and build with you the order, management routines and ownership your organization needs.

Sound familiar?

I hear these sentences in almost every first meeting.

“I'm the CEO, the operations manager and the customer service desk. Everything goes through me.”
“We agreed on it in the meeting. A week later, nobody remembers what we agreed.”
“We grew fast, and suddenly nobody knows who's responsible for what.”
“I promoted my best employee to manager. I lost a great employee and got a manager who doesn't know how to manage yet.”

If you recognize yourself here, there's nothing to be ashamed of and no one to blame. Usually it just means the company grew faster than its infrastructure. That infrastructure is what I build with you.

The approach

Where an organization comes together

An organization works well when four things connect: people, structure, direction and execution. When one is missing, you feel it right away, in meetings, in your calendar and in your people.

People

Managers who take ownership, and a CEO who can let go.

Structure

Clear roles: who decides what, who owns what, and how teams work together.

Direction

Where the company is heading, and what that means for each manager on Monday morning.

Execution

Short management routines that move the plan forward, week after week.

When all four connect, you get managerial quiet: fewer decisions landing on your desk, meetings that end in a decision, and managers who take ownership. That's also where the name CONVERGE comes from: the place where everything comes together.

About me

I come from the field.

For 12 years I worked inside organizations. I started in recruitment and onboarding at a large operational company, grew into an HR Business Partner role, and went through a company-wide transformation from the inside. Later I built HR departments from scratch at two more companies.

Along the way I kept seeing the same thing. A good decision is made at the top, and somewhere on its way to the field it disappears. Usually no one is to blame. There is simply no one building the bridge. That is what I do today.

How I work: Done With You

Four things I don't compromise on

I look before I suggest

No ready-made slide deck. I start in the field, watching and listening. The method stays the same; the fit is built for each organization.

Done with you

I don't write a report and disappear. We build the tools and routines together, so they stay after I'm gone.

I tell the truth

Eye to eye and with care, without cutting corners. That's how trust is built, even with strong CEOs.

No judgment

No need to polish the situation or be embarrassed by it. I'm not there to find who's at fault. I'm there to create change.

    Time in the field

A few days inside the organization, seeing day-to-day work as it really is.

  3. 3

    Findings

  4. 4

    Close support

Weekly meetings and time on the ground, building the tools and routines with you, in a package tailored to you.

Fully confidential. Everything I see and hear in your organization stays between us, from the first conversation to the end of our work together. There's no ready-made plan: after time in the field, I build the engagement around what your organization actually needs.

Testimonials

In their words

Translated from Hebrew.

The biggest change is that you also left us with a better CEO.

You taught me to stop, to see the people behind the roles, to listen differently, and to know when I need to be there and when to step back and make room. Today you can see the road we've traveled: more clarity, more accountability, a different conversation in management, and happier managers who take more ownership.

CEO · after a year of work together
From the very first moment it was clear she came not just to give advice, but to go deep and understand the people and the company's real needs. And above all, to get things done.
HR Manager
The value you gave our managers, both in hands-on management and in processes, is high, and we're already seeing results on the ground. Your ability to connect with people and bring them on board with change is admirable.
